kayako fetch same 1st email again and only it.

when we run: http://supportURL/cron/index.php?/Parser/ParserMinute/POP3IMAP
we see this:
Running parser for Queue ID '2': support@domain.com

and then only the 1st email in the mailbox is being fetched again and again.

Problems:
1. The other emails are not fetched.
2. 1st email fetched again and again even tho we have keep mail on server = no

What to do What to do?
