Upgrade / Installation Issue 4.70

I have attempted to upgrade from 4.68 to 4.70... however no matter if I upgrade or do a fresh install I keep getting the following error:

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/public_html/domain/support/__swift/library/class.SWIFT.php:935) (./__swift/library/Cookie/class.SWIFT_Cookie.php:194)

I have reviewed the file but I did not find any issues... Suppport at least in chat did not reply... maybe because of Sunday...
