Currently using Kayako download ver ( 4.69.0 ) and looking to setup an automated workflow prototype which is capable of sending automatic reminders to recipients based on some SLA rules in case the recipient does not respond and if the ticket is not closed.
Example
1. Reminder1 :Send an email to recipient/s after 5 days of sending a mail to the recipient
2. Reminder2 :Resend a mail to recipient/s if we do not receive a response for Reminder1 after 3 days of sending reminder1 or after...
