After moving Kayoko from Linux to Server 2012/IIS we find that tickets close very slowly sometimes and on other occasions the window "freezes" altogether. If we then refresh the window we see that the ticket closes. We have previously tried disabling the survey email after closure and tickets then close fast, consistently. I have seen in a forum someone suggesting to check receive connector settings which we tried to no avail....
