Upgrading Kayako

I've created a new server for out Kayako

copied the data and helpdesk over and got that working ok (thanks for your help)

Ran the upgrade to the latest version - and that appears to run ok.

So now I need to backup the live data and restore that to the mysql

Will I need to run the setup/upgrade again ?
