New Tickets Being Assigned to Creating User

Hi Chaps,

After updating our helpdesk to the latest version ALL faults are being assigned to the user who created it.

Any ideas how to stop this ?

The option in Views/Options for ALL views "Automatically Set Ticket Owner to active Staff user" is set to No on all views.
